You have the option of in-person visits or appointments via telehealth with any of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. 

Telehealth allows us to continue to help you with your nutrition and health-related goals without you needing to come to our clinic or office locations. 

If you would like to schedule/reschedule your appointment for a telehealth format, please call our office 425-409-3544. 
You can also let your dietitian know directly via their email.  

How it Works: 
We will send you a link via email. This link will allow you into our virtual waiting room via your computer or smartphone.
At your appointment time, we will check you in and meet with you - both seeing and hearing each other!
Just follow the emailed link to our HIPPA compliant portal. 

​Medicare is currently allowing telehealth for: 

• Medical Nutrition Therapy  (MNT)
• Intensive Behavioral Therapy for Obesity or Cardiovascular Disease 

Medicare is also allowing telephone visits for those who may not have access to a computer.
  
Many private insurances are following Medicare's lead in allowing telehealth for MNT.
