We have a fantastic team of nutrition consultants serving the Puget Sound region. Some of our nutrition experts provide consultation for community events, business wellness programs and meal plan audits for facilities. Others see clients for individual nutrition counseling. Here are introductions to a portion of our RDN team:
Katie Taylor is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides individualized care structured with evidence-based nutrition therapies. Katie earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from the local Bastyr University and practices using a holistic approach. She considers personal preferences when working collaboratively with clients to build customized nutrition plans that promote optimal health. In her leisure time, Kaite enjoys expanding her culinary skills by exploring new recipes. She loves to be outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and can often be found on a kayak, bike, or pair of hiking boots. Katie is accepting new clients at the Edmonds office and via telehealth. Kelsy Baker is a registered dietitian nutritionist who incorporates functional medicine into her practice. She believes optimal wellness is achieved by creating custom treatment plans according to each patient’s unique profile. Kelsy’s clients learn how to make educated and sustainable health decisions through individualized counseling, group sessions, and cooking demonstrations. Her interests include gut health, maternal nutrition, meal planning, and using nutrition as a tool to manage chronic disease. When the sun is shining, you will find her outside fishing, swimming, or hiking trails with her family. On rainy days, she’ll be tucked inside with an oat milk latte. Kelsy is accepting new clients at the Everett office and via telehealth.
Ebony White brings a wealth of experience to our team as a second career Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has a heart for nutrition during the pediatric/school age years and is especially interested in nutrition education. She is involved in advocacy and promoting policy that helps to create a sustainable, local food system that strengthens food security, food justice and food sovereignty. Ebony is currently serving as coordinator for the National Organization of Blacks in Nutrition and Dietetics (NOBIDAN) Dr. Jennings Exam Group and has previously served on the Board of the Greater Seattle Dietetics Association. Ebony is a Pacific Northwest Native who enjoys live music, comedy and spending quality time with her family. On any given weekend you can find her at a museum soaking up all of the history/art she can. Ebony is currently providing consulting work with our organizational affiliates and not seeing clients 1:1.
