The initial Medical Nutrition Therapy appointment is to get to know you: your health, lifestyle, preferences and goals. Please bring any labwork, chart notes from other providers, medical diagnoses, medications, supplements and any other items that would be helpful for a more tailored appointment to your needs. Follow-up appointments are to track progress, update goals, and to progress in dietary recommendations as needed.
