Telehealth Nutrition Counseling - 3 Month Package (savings $70)
- 75 minutes initial appointment with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - online or telephone
- 30 minute follow-up appointments with your RDN - one every 2 weeks through month 3 (5 follow-ups)
This initial appointment is to get to know you: your health, lifestyle, preferences and goals. The session will be held via our HIPPA compliant Telehealth portal through which you can share any labwork, chart notes from other providers, medical diagnoses, medications, supplements and any other items that would be helpful for a more tailored appointment to your needs. Appointments can be held via telephone as well.
Follow-up appointments will be scheduled approximately every 2 weeks over the 3 month period to support your goals and lifestyle changes. You will have access to your RDN through the confidential telehealth portal and can share dietary intake, post questions, or see your nutrition plan at any time. This plan is meant to provide you with frequent accountability for reaching realistic goals.
